3. Processing Time
   Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
4. Delivery Time
   Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:
   Major cities: 3-5 business days
   Other areas: 5-7 business days
   Remote areas: 7-10 business days

6. Delivery Attempts
   Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our customer service team to arrange for re-delivery or a refund (excluding shipping charges).
